Layman's Views Published: During the 2004 ACIC Synod in Atlanta last September Frederick Parker, lay representative from St. James Anglican Church of Sandy Springs (Atlanta), Georgia, USA addressed the gathering presenting a paper entitled "Three Great Opportunities."
